HyperWager's Terms of Service, Handicapper Agreement and Member Agreement are with a gaming attorney for review. They will be published here, dated and versioned, once approved. Nothing on this site is an agreement until then, and no handicapper or member is asked to accept one.
Privacy
The privacy policy is being reviewed with the terms and will be published with them. How the product handles data today:
- HyperWager never asks for or stores an exchange username or password.
- A member's bankroll and stakes are shown only to that member, never to their handicapper.
- Card details go to the payment processor and come back as a token; HyperWager keeps only the token, the card brand and the last four digits.
- Members can export their own plays and account activity from the app at any time.
Responsible play
HyperWager is for adults 21 and over, where the exchange you use is available to you. Set a max stake per play and a max per day, pause everything with one switch, or switch a handicapper off, from Account in the app.
