Questions members ask

Plain answers. Handicappers get them word for word, so every member hears the same thing.

  1. Is it safe? Can it get into my sportsbook account?

    HyperWager never sees your login. On DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM and Hard Rock, the bet opens on your slip in the book's own app on your phone, and you place it there. On Kalshi, Novig and Polymarket you connect your own account once, and you can disconnect it any time.

  2. What if the odds move after the play is posted?

    If the line moves against you by 30 cents or more (200 on a parlay's final price), HyperWager holds the bet and asks you instead of placing it.

  3. What if I want to skip a play?

    Skip any play with one tap, pause everything with one switch, or set a max bet. It's your money.

  4. How is the bet sized?

    With your handicapper's exact unit system and your bankroll. A 1.5-unit play is sized the same way for you as it is for them, every time.

  5. What happens on a day with five plays?

    One notification with all five. You open the queue and tap through them in about a minute. On a connected Kalshi, Novig or Polymarket account there's nothing to tap.

  6. Does it handle parlays?

    Yes, up to 10 legs. Your handicapper enters each leg and the final odds; HyperWager sizes it as one bet, always as the units risked, and loads the legs onto your slip. If your book prices the parlay much lower than posted, it asks you first. Kalshi and Polymarket don't offer parlays, so those members see the play marked skipped.

  7. Which sportsbooks work?

    DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM and Hard Rock Bet, where the bet opens on your slip and you place it in the book's app. Kalshi, Novig and Polymarket, where you connect your account once and plays go through with no taps.

  8. Does HyperWager hold my money?

    Never. Your bankroll stays in your sportsbook. HyperWager only charges your subscription.

  9. Can I cancel?

    Any time, from the app. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. No calls, no hoops.

  10. Does my handicapper see my bankroll or my bets?

    No. They see how many members they have and totals. Your account details are yours.
